Subscription fees:

 

(a) Suppliers to retirement funds: Fees are determined according to the number of employees of the company subscribing:

 5 or less employees: R6000 plus VAT per month

 6 or more: An additional R100 plus Vat, per employee per month

 “Number of employees” might be larger than the number of employees to whom you want us to e-mail The Employee Benefits Monitor. [If you are a company of 100 employees, but only want 1 person to receive The Employee Benefits Monitor, then the number of employees = 100, not 1. We have kept it simple because this type of fee structure is familiar i.e. analogous to membership of organisations which determine membership fees based on size of subscribing organisation.]

 

(b) Bona fide retirement funds: These are funds whose trustees reflect 50:50 representation by members and employers and who have freedom of choice over selection and deselection of providers. R6000 plus VAT

Other situations: Please discuss with us. Some publications may be purchased by non-subscribers.


Note that subscription fees need to be calculated as an annual amount and are paid annually in advance. The above fee structure took effect 1 January 2008 and applies to all existing and new subscribers. Old clients receive invoices on the old basis until they provide the required information for correct billing: On receipt of the necessary information we conduct a reconciliation and provide an updated invoice retrospective to 1 January 2008. Interest at 15% is added. Costs of enforcing payment are to be paid by the subscribing organisation. Please also note that the usual subscription fee is subject to a minimum applicable to non-subscribers, when invoices have not been settled on time - see Terms and Conditions.
